MyFunTrampoline has just moved in the digital world from Prostores to GoDaddy. While the domain is still the same, you'll see the store has changed quite a bit. Our new store is very focused on providing quality trampoline sets for prices that won't break your piggy bank. We also used the opportunity to reduce overhead in order to minimize product prices for customers. All transaction are conducted securely through PayPal, and users do not need an account to purchase with their credit card.

While the move to GoDaddy was very welcomed and required total redesign, we are also moving the physical business to Houston this August. Business volume is currently low, so I expect the physical move to be seamless. Well, as business has picked up, inventory has not been able to keep up and has left us struggling to survive. Nothing new here, and more of the same for small business owners striving to bring quality products to market at great prices. On top of it all, Prostores ecommerce hosting service has changed its policies and functionality leaving us to either pay more or move. We decided to move and are in the process of moving our domain (MyFunTrampoline.com) to Go Daddy.

As we move from Prostores to Go Daddy, you will see a change in venue as reduce the numbers of products offered from 52 to approximately 6. MyFunTrampoline has worked tirelessly to ensure we have accurate inventory accounting between us and our supplier, only to be constantly back-ordered. Wow, I didn't expect as much traffic as we've been experiencing this soon after the new inventory arrived. We're converting at over 20%. In English, we're selling trampoline parts and supplies to 1 in 5 customers. This is phenomenal for those who are not into e-commerce, as normal conversion rates are approximately 1%. This is telling me that MyFunTrampoline.com is offering some really good deals on trampoline pads, trampoline enclosures, children's trampolines, springs, ...and other supplies.

We are a small company, and have been maintaining VERY low overhead in order to keep our prices competitive, and to give customers the best deal possible. Trampoline Pads and Inventory Begin Arriving May 5th!

The long awaited arrival of trampoline pads is here! Beginning near May 5th, customers can expect MyFunTrampoline to kick off our Spring Madness Sale. We will be offering trampolines, trampolines parts, trampoline pads and trampoline supplies on sale as they arrive. We expect our long-awaited trampoline pads to sell very quickly, so get your new pad quickly.

Customers can expect MyFunTrampoline.com to list and sell 12, 13, 14 and 15 ft trampoline pads. While we already have the Supreme pads in stock, we will be adding the standard pads for 12, 14 and 15 ft round trampolines. These standard pads have been the type of pad most in demand.

This trampoline pad is actually not so standard. Made to last longer than the basic pad that comes with a trampoline kit, the cover is made of high density polyethylene (PVC-3) on the topside and a polyethylene vinyl mesh on the bottomside. The pad is water resistant, is cold weather cracking resistant, has a UV resistant coating, and has an antifungal/bacterial coating. This pad is 12 inches wide to generously cover the springs with a 4 inch side skirt that covers the frame. The padding for the frame is a ¾” high density closed cell foam, and the padding for the springs is a ¼” high density closed cell foam.

How to Size a New Pad for Your Trampoline

We've had a few customers ask how to size a replacement pad for their trampoline. We've also had a customer purchase the wrong size. Here are a couple tips on getting the right pad for your trampoline. This discussion applies to round trampolines.

Measure the outside diameter of your trampoline frame (see diagram below). This is the size of the pad you need. This method of sizing applies to all pads available at MyFunTrampoline.com (Tohama Brand) and also applies to most other brands of trampolines. If purchasing a pad from other sites or manufacturers, be sure and ask how they define their pad sizes so you can make sure you order the right size. Their are a few brands that use different methodology, so be careful!

Trampoline Safety Alert

The U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) wants you and your family to be safe when using trampolines. The CPSC estimates that in 2001 there were 91,870 hospital emergency room-treated injuries associated with trampolines. About 93 percent of the victims were under 15 years of age, and 11 percent were under 5 years of age. Since 1990, CPSC has received reports of 6 deaths of children under age 15 involving trampolines. Injuries and deaths were caused by:

Colliding with another person on the trampoline.

Landing improperly while jumping or doing stunts on the trampoline.

Falling or jumping off the trampoline.

Falling on the trampoline springs or frame.

Most of the trampolines associated with injuries were at private homes.

Here are the steps you can take to help prevent serious trampoline injuries, especially paralysis, fractures, sprains, and bruises:

Allow only one person on the trampoline at a time.

Do not attempt or allow somersaults because landing on the head or neck can cause paralysis.

Do not use the trampoline without shock-absorbing pads that completely cover its springs, hooks, and frame.

Place the trampoline away from structures, trees, and other play areas.

No child under 6 years of age should use a full-size trampoline. Do not use a ladder with the trampoline because it provides unsupervised access by small children.

Always supervise children who use a trampoline.

Trampoline enclosures can help prevent injuries from falls off trampolines.
